1. Material Superiority
   • The combination of 45 steel and SUH446 stainless steel provides a perfect balance between strength and durability. The 45 steel body offers excellent tensile strength and toughness, while the SUH446 stainless steel pins resist oxidation and corrosion, even in the presence of moisture, chemicals, and high temperatures. This ensures a long service life and minimal maintenance requirements.
   • The ELA 48# glass is carefully formulated to provide excellent dielectric strength and insulation resistance. It forms a reliable barrier between the electrical conductors, preventing any leakage or short circuits, thus enhancing the overall safety and performance of the sealing terminal.
2. Electrical Performance
   • The high current-carrying capacity of up to 30A makes our sealing terminal suitable for the power-hungry compressors used in new energy vehicles. The insulation resistance test, with a static check of 1000MΩ @ 1000VDC, guarantees that the electrical insulation is intact and reliable, preventing any unwanted current leakage.
   • The Hi-Pot test, at 3000VAC for 1 minute with a maximum leakage current of 0.5mA, further verifies the robustness of the insulation system. 3. Leakage Prevention
   • The 6 MPa N2 pressure leak test is a critical quality control measure. By subjecting the sealing terminal to such a high-pressure nitrogen environment, we ensure that there are no microscopic gaps or pores that could allow gas or fluid leakage. This is essential for the efficient operation of the compressor, as any leakage could lead to a loss of performance and potential damage to the surrounding components.
4. Surface Treatment
   • The electroless nickel plating with a thickness of 3 - 5 μm not only imparts a sleek and professional appearance but also provides an additional layer of protection. The nickel plating enhances the corrosion resistance of the product, preventing rust and other forms of degradation. It also improves the solderability of the pins, facilitating easy and reliable connection during the assembly process.

Quality Assurance

1. Rigorous Testing Procedures
   • Incoming Material Inspection: All raw materials are thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our facility. We use advanced testing equipment to verify the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and physical characteristics of each batch of materials. Only materials that meet our strict quality standards are accepted for production.
   • In-Process Quality Control: During the production process, we conduct regular inspections at various stages. This includes dimensional checks, visual inspections for any defects or imperfections, and electrical performance tests. Any components that do not meet the specified tolerances or performance criteria are immediately rejected and reworked or scrapped.
   • Final Product Testing: Before packaging and shipping, each sealing terminal undergoes a comprehensive suite of tests. These include the insulation resistance test, Hi-Pot test, leak test, and a final visual inspection. Only products that pass all these tests with flying colors are released for sale.

Trade Terms and Shipping

1. Trade Terms
   • FOB (Free on Board): Under FOB terms, we are responsible for delivering the goods to the port of shipment and loading them onto the vessel. The buyer takes over the risk and cost of transportation once the goods are on board. This option provides the buyer with more control over the shipping arrangements and is suitable for customers with their own shipping contracts or preferred freight forwarders.
   • CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): With CIF terms, we not only deliver the goods to the port of shipment and load them onto the vessel but also arrange and pay for the insurance and freight costs to the destination port. This offers the buyer a more convenient and hassle-free option, as we take care of most of the logistics. The buyer only needs to clear the goods through customs at the destination port.
   • EXW (Ex Works): In an EXW transaction, the buyer is responsible for picking up the goods from our factory. This option is suitable for customers who have their own transportation arrangements and want to have maximum control over the shipping process. However, it requires the buyer to handle all the logistics, including transportation, insurance, and customs clearance.
2. Shipping
   • Sea Freight: For large volume orders, sea freight is often the most cost-effective option. We have established long-term partnerships with major shipping lines, ensuring reliable and timely transportation. Our experienced logistics team will handle all the necessary documentation and coordination to ensure a smooth shipping process. The transit time varies depending on the destination but generally ranges from 15 to 45 days.
   • Air Freight: When speed is of the essence, air freight is the preferred choice. We work with leading air cargo carriers to offer fast and efficient delivery. Air freight typically takes 3 to 7 days, depending on the destination and any transit stops. Although it is more expensive than sea freight, it is ideal for urgent orders or when minimizing inventory holding costs is a priority.
   • Express Delivery: For small and urgent shipments, we also offer express delivery services through renowned courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. This option provides door-to-door delivery within 1 to 3 days, ensuring that the products reach the customer as quickly as possible.
