Product Description:
We can produce sintered seal terminals according to customer
requirements. These terminals are made from 45 Steel. We also
perform a variety of tests to make sure they perform up to
standards.
The Hi-pot test determines the leakage current of the terminal,
with a pass level being set at 3000v with a current leakage of less
than 0.5mA. We use the IR test to make sure the insulation
resistance of the terminals is greater than 1000MΩ. The leak test
subjects the terminal to 4MPa of nitrogen pressure with no leaking
of the material allowed. The burst test subjects the terminals to
5MPa with no leakage as well. The terminals have an operating
temperature range of -70°C to 300°C.
